The University of Valladolid (UVa) has extensive experience in generating and transmitting knowledge, as well as managing European projects (preparing, presenting and justifying projects). Through its Research Support Service, it carries out a range of activities necessary for implementing this type of proposal, such as liaising with the business environment, raising funds and financing, promoting and strengthening R+S+i.


UVa has the technical capacity to implement this project: expenditure management, personnel management, contract management, technical advice, etc.

The Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) aims to study and valorise natural resources and local products, develop sustainable economic, social and environmental systems, and ensure links between researchers and business sectors.

The IPB is made up of several research centres with high international recognition that have won awards for their scientific output: CIMO, CEDRI and UNIAG.

IPB also has in-depth expertise in the areas of IT, Data Science and Business Analytics. DECO is a Portuguese consumer association whose mission is to protect the interests and rights of consumers. It currently has more than 360,000 members and is the largest association in Portugal with a high reputation (90%) for its work.

The association has three main pillars of intervention: consumer information and support, consumer training and education, and consumer representation.

For several years now, DECO has been carrying out various activities, such as information, awareness-raising and training campaigns, in order to help consumers make better and responsible consumer choices and decisions, and has been active in representing their interests before the authorities.
